Keenan graduated from high school after six years living in Amsterdam with his grandmother. Keenan has the talent to paint and has no ideals other than to be a painter. Agreement with his father forced him to leave Amsterdam and go back to Indonesia to study at the Faculty of Economics, at bandung.

Kugy, a girl who tend to be uniquely eccentric, also study at the same university with Keenan. Since childhood, Kugy fond of fairy tales, has her own reading place, and enjoy writing stories. Her ideal is only one: to be a storyteller. Kugy continue her studies at the Faculty of Literature.

Kugy and Keenan met by the couple of Eko and Noni. Eko is Keenan's cousin, while Noni is Kugy's friend since childhood. Unless Noni, they all were moved from Jakarta, and attended the same university in Bandung. Four of them close friends.

Kugy and Keenan, who admire each other, love each other but had never express their feelings. The condition is not possible. Kugy already had a lover: Joshua, aka Ojos. While Keenan fixed up by Noni and Eko with a young curator named Wanda.

Friendship of four companions began to stretch. Kugy a volunteer teacher at the school named Sakola Alit. It was there that she met with Pilik, the most mischievous students, which she conquered by writing stories about their own adventure story, entitled General Pilik and Alit Forces. This tale is given to Keenan.

Relationship between Wanda and Keenan began to scratch. Keenan dreams foundered. He went to Ubud, stay at his mother's best friend house, Pak Wayan. Live with Pak Wayan family began treating his broken heart. The most influential figure in his recovery is Luhde Laksmi, a nephew of Mr. Wayan. Keenan began to paint again. With the stories od General Pilik and Alit Forces given by Kugy, Keenan created a series of paintings that became famous and hounded by collectors.

Graduated from college Kugy working at an advertising agency in Jakarta as a copywriter. There, he met with Remigius, his boss and friend. Kugy career is very unexpected. Her magical and completely spontaneous thinking make her very important person in the office. Remi saw something else. He likes Kugy not only because of his ideas, but also the spirit and unique qualities that always emanated from Kugy. Remi finally had to admit that he began to fall in love.

Because of his father's health condition become worse, Keenan was forced to return to Jakarta, running the family firm because he have no other choice. The meeting between Kugy and Keenan are not inevitable. Even four of this trio met again. All of them with conditions that are different. And again tested their hearts.
